1. General
UMSHER CLOUDS TECHNOLOGIES delivers services electronically unless a quote says we will attend your premises. Office address for meetings: F-7/3, Diamond Mall, Gulberg Green, Islamabad. We do not ship printed manuals by default.
2. Ready-made scripts
After cleared payment we send the package by one of: email attachment (smaller zips), a time-limited download link, or a private repository invite. Target window: within one business day of payment confirmation during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Weekend payments are processed the next working day.
Delivery is complete when the files are available to the email or account named on the invoice. Check spam folders. If a link expires, ask once for a fresh link; we are not obliged to host downloads indefinitely after 90 days unless a support add-on says otherwise.
Install on your server is not included in the licence price unless the invoice lists installation hours. Server passwords must be sent through a channel you accept (we prefer a password manager share, not a public ticket).
3. Custom websites and software
Typical path: kickoff after advance → internal draft → staging URL for your review → revision rounds in the quote → production handover after the balance is paid.
Staging URLs are temporary. Do not announce them as the public site. Production delivery means we hand over admin access, document DNS or we apply DNS if you asked us to, and confirm the live URL. Timeline estimates in a quote assume you return feedback within five working days per round.
If the project needs app-store accounts, Google Business, or payment merchant IDs, those accounts stay in your name. Approval by Apple, Google, or a bank is not a delivery date we control.
4. Hosting, email, and cloud setup
We deliver by completing the panel setup and sending you the login and nameserver or DNS records. Propagation of DNS can take hours. Email cutover should be scheduled; we are not responsible for mail lost if you switch MX records without a planned overlap.
5. SEO, social, WhatsApp, and automation
Delivery is the completed configuration plus a short written summary of what was connected (pixels, Business Manager, chatbot flows, CRM fields). Ranking movement and message volume are outcomes, not a delivery package. Access to your Meta, Google, or WhatsApp Business accounts must be granted by you; we cannot “deliver” an API we are blocked from.
6. Failed delivery
If our mail bounces, we will try the phone number on the order. Keep info@umshercloudstechnologies.com and 0300000000 able to reach you. We are not in default if you supplied a dead inbox or refused to accept a repository invite.
7. Risk of loss
Once a download is retrieved or a staging/production site is under your admin users, you are responsible for copies and backups unless you bought a backup service from us. Re-download requests long after handover may be billed as support.
